At LIORA, each piece is produced in limited quantities with a focus on craftsmanship and exclusivity. For this reason, we maintain a strict return policy.

Exchanges & Store Credit Only

We accept exchanges or issue store credit within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and protective elements must be intact
  • Items must show no signs of wear or damage

Non-Eligible Items

  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Products not returned in original condition

Store Credit

  • Store credit is issued once the item is received and approved
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Non-transferable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to: hello@lioraitalia.com (with photos)

Shipping

  • Return shipping is the client’s responsibility
  • LIORA is not responsible for lost return shipments
