- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking once shipped

- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer complimentary shipping on selected orders or promotions.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders:

- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos (if applicable)
- We will review and assist accordingly
